Auction Raffle (Evening at the Auction is April 24)
Dear St. Mary Parents,
Thank you for helping St Mary sell raffle tickets again this year! After every family sells their 5 tickets we will make around $16,000 for the school. Please watch for your tickets to come home today.
We are raffling off a Carnival Cruise of your choice and a Traeger Bar-B-Q. Feel free to call me if you have any questions or would like more tickets to sell.

Bellies, Babies, Beyond – March 13th
We are still in need of like new or gently used maternity, baby, child, and teen items to re-sell in St. Mary’s booth. If you have items, please drop them off at the Parent Club office near the cafeteria, preferably by Tuesday March 8th. St. Mary will keep all the proceeds from your donations.
We are also in need of volunteers. This is a fun and easy way to earn your share hours. Please call Brenda Chamberland at 503-769-1555 as soon as possible to volunteer. Volunteers are needed for Friday night set-up and Saturday during the sale, March 13 & 14.

Picture Wall Update
Sheri Nees and Tina Quigley are putting together a “memory wall” in the school with photos of students. They are in need of good quality, 4×6 color photos of students doing a school activity. These photos will be blown up to an 8×10 or larger.

School Advisory Council Minutes
February 17, 2010
Attending Members: Patti Sampson, Dean Christiansen, Rick Schindler, Father Steve, Dana Peters, Tina Quigley, Anthony Hoke, Ken Adams, Gina Keudell, Eric Fery and Debi O’Bryant.  Guests- Bernie Stuckart, Ron Bochsler and Dr Van Veen
The council had an open discussion regarding the St. Mary/Regis merger and the three guests answered questions and further explained the merger.
The St Mary/Regis Annual Fund phonathon will be on March 8 and 9. Each of the council members need to recruit 1 other person to help. Let Rick know by email which night would work best for you. Times for both nights are 6-8:30.
The PTC meeting on Thursday will be discussing fundraising for St. Mary. This will be an open discussion to decide if we are trying to do too much and not stay effective.
The next meeting will be on March 17 at 7 pm.  Ken Adams will lead the prayer.
